1. Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc.).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at viutechllc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Note: Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll receive an email notification confirming the return status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or digital products

• Perishable goods (if applicable)

• Final sale or clearance items

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of the product and packaging.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
